Shipping

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.
If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Returns

Every dress we create is made just for you. Because all dresses are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or a production mistake.

Order Cancellations

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Full refund available.
  • 24-72 Hours After Payment: 50% refund of the item price + full refund of shipping.
  • 72-120 Hours After Payment: 30% refund of the item price + full refund of shipping.
  • After 120 Hours: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Changes to Orders

Modifications to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. No changes can be made after this timeframe.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns if:

  • The dress has a serious quality defect.
  • The dress is not what you ordered (wrong size, color, or style due to our mistake).

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, minor imperfections, or custom orders.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide photos of the issue.
  3. Ship the item within 7-15 days, in new condition.

If we confirm the issue, we will provide a refund or replacement.

DREAM COME TRUE!

I am a plus sized bride, looking for an affordable and very last minute QUICK dress for an elopement in less than 2 weeks. Let me tell you. This is an almost impossible feat to manage. But thank God for JJ'S House. I was very hesitant to order online, and not knowing where and when the dress would arrive. The photos are exactly what this dress looks like-- but even better in person. The dress is high quality, I had zero sizing issues. I am a "hippy" girl-- big hips, big butt-- and what I would say "fat back". I was very concerned on whether this would fit or not. I ordered the dress in a size 18, I am approximately 5 feet 8 inches, and weight about 225 lbs. The dress was absolutely stunning, I received so many compliments. It is very elegant and timeless. I did implement a white under tank as I was trying to limit the amount of showiness on my tattoos I have on my back-- along with my chest. You can easily get one on Amazon if you are also gearing up for the same look. Although I am sure you could find one on here too, I just was so stressed as it was all coming together so quick. All in all, I highly recommend this. It is very true, big things come in small packages! I literally got the bag delivered on doorstep and thought, there is no way this dress is in there! Along with a petticoat. But it was! I recommend getting a 6 layer petticoat to help "fluff" it up a bit. Unless you like more of the flowy look-- it sits just above the tummy, so that wasn't what I wanted-- the petticoat helped bulge the dress out so I wouldn't look so fat. I do recommend you wear a petticoat liner (also available here on JJ's) its like a tulle over petticoat type skirt. And in addition for more fullness, get the actual petticoat with metal rungs (I recommend at least 6) for fullness and coverage. Otherwise, you will take photos--- and see the literal metal rungs through the dress, as the fabric is white, and somewhat silky and things can appear depending on lighting conditions.

superbe robe de mariée avec un dos magnifique en dentelle avec de la transparence. le tissu des manches s'adapte très bien avec la couleur de la peau. il y a de la transparence dans la dentelle mais cela ne fait pas vulgaire. elle taille plutôt petit. le tissu du bas est fluide. il y a une doublure.

Amazing dress

love this beautiful dress, the chiffon is light and the la
ce is very fine. My size is 38-40, and the 38 fits perfectly, also the arms are wide enough (not stretchy though). And it makes the waist the look slim. :)
Every Wedding dress needs to be shortened, of course, unless you wear very high heels. Great qualiy for the price.
If you want a classical bride dress, it's probably best to order ivory colour. I tried the white one and the lace colour is perfect, but the skirt is a bit too bright for my taste. I also tried champagne and it comes out quite dark, more gold or brownish, also the lace is dark.

Magnifique robe de style bohème chic avec de jolies manches en résille et dentelle finition par boutons à attacher au poignets. Buste bien travaillé avec dentelle et coques intégrées. Jeu de transparence sur le buste et les manches. Robe doublée sur le bas, non transparente. Le dos est semi ouvert, sublime ! Elle taille correctement.
